The Plastic-Free Pals team (w Effy Zhiyuan Yu, PhD, RN, CNE) has successfully completed the NSF I-Corps program, an intensive experience in customer discovery, market validation, and translating research into real world impact.

We are excited to put these insights into action as we move forward with our venture, focused on disseminating a fast, accessible method for microplastic detection.
